Massey Ferguson 2775 Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten Hours or Daily Checks

Check motor oil level. If after checking the engine oil level is low, top it up.

Check transmission/hydraulic oil level. When the transmission/hydraulic fluid is low, add fresh oil.

Checking engine air filter elements. Replace if necessary.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine idling, steering system, hand brake and service brakes. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 200 hours

Check engine primary air filter element. Change if necessary. Air filter part number - 1044273M91.

Inspect engine secondary air filter element. Replace as required. Part number - 1044274M92.

Changing engine oil. Motor oil type: SAE20, SAE 20W-20. API service classification SB/SE, CA/CC. How much to add: Engine Oil Capacity - 24 qt (22.7 L). After completing the filling procedure, check motor oil level.

Engine oil filter replacement. Filter part number - 1447031M2. When replace the filter, flushing the housing is necessary. After replacing the filter, check the oil level. If necessary, add it.

Cab air filter inspection. Replace as required. Part number: 3038997M1.

Change fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 3405419V1 (CAV Pump), 1174482 (Bosch Pump), 4223713M91 (Sediment Bowl). Check the efficiency of injection pump.

Every 750 hours

Transmission/hydraulic fluid change. Recommended oil - M-1135, M-1139, M-1144, SAE 10W-30, 15W-30. API Service Category: CE, CG-4, GL-4, SF. Transmission/hydraulic oil capacity: 38.0 gal (143.8 L). After completing the filling procedure, check transmission/hydraulic oil level.

Replacing steering fluid filter element. Steering filter part number - 3040742M1. After replacing the filter, check the steering fluid level. If required, add it.

Replace hydraulic filter. Part number of hydraulic filter: 30V3024725 (Element) / 3322234M2 (Spin-on). When the filter is replaced, check the transmission/hydraulic oil level. If necessary, add it.

Change front axle lubricant. Front Axle Oil Type - Permatran.

Replace filter and engine oil. Check and clean the oil system.

Replace engine primary and secondary air filter elements.

Replace steering filter.

Replace hydraulic filter and change hydraulic/transmission oil.

Drain water from fuel tank, then replace the fuel filter.

Replace cab air filter.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and add fresh coolant. Cooling System Capacity - 55 qt (52 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check and service the battery.

Check engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel fuel pump.
