Ford 1910 Maintenance Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily Inspection

Engine oil level checking procedure. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Check the hydraulic/transmission fluid level. When the hydraulic/transmission fluid is low, fill the required volume.

Engine air filter checking. Install a new filter element if necessary.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine speed, steering unit, parking brake and service brakes. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 Hours

Change engine oil. Recommended engine oil: SAE 10W-40, 15W-40, 10W-30, SAE 10W. Lubricating system capacity - 6.9 qt (6.5 L). Fill with the new oil up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Engine air filter element checking. Replace as required. Engine air filter part number: 84539171 or 86512889.

Check and clean the engine fuel filter.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly.

Every 200 Hours

Replace engine oil filter. Engine oil filter part number: 86546613 / E1NN6714BB. When replace the filter, flushing the housing is necessary. After replacing the filter, check the oil level. If necessary, add oil.

Replace engine fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 87300041. Check diesel fuel pump operation.

Every 300 Hours

Changing hydraulic/transmission fluid. Recommended oil - 134D, SAE 10W-30. How much to pour: Transmission/Hydraulic Oil Capacity - 7.4 gal (28 L). After filling, check the hydraulic/transmission fluid level with a dipstick.

Replacing hydraulic fluid filter. Hydraulic fluid filter part number - 4245130. After installation, checking the hydraulic/transmission fluid level is recommended. Add hydraulic/transmission fluid if it is low.

Change front axle fluid. Front Axle Oil Type - 134D, Gearlube 80W-90. Front Axle Capacity - 5.3 qt (5 L).

Hydraulic Filter. Part Number: 4245130

Replace filter and engine oil. Service oil system components.

Change air filter element.

Change hydraulic/transmission fluid.

Change hydraulic filter.

Drain water from fuel tank, then change the fuel filter.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and add fresh coolant. Cooling System Capacity - 7.4 qt (7 L).

Check all hoses and clamps.

Check and service the battery.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Check and adjust injector pump.
