Kubota BX2350 Periodic Maintenance

Every 10 Hours or Daily Inspection

Engine oil level checking. If after checking the engine oil level is low, top it up.

Check the hydraulic/transmission fluid level. If hydraulic/transmission oil is too low, fill in new oil.

Checking engine air filter. Install a new filter element if necessary.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check engine idling, steering unit, hand brake and service brakes. If you found a problem, fix it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 200 hours

Changing engine oil. Motor oil type: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30, SAE 15W-40. Engine oil capacity (Kubota D902-E2): 3.3 qts (3.1 L). Add oil to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Replacing engine oil filter. Oil filter part number: HH150-32430. Before replacement procedure, clean the filter housing from dirt. Check the oil level after installing a new filter. Add oil if required.

Perform the inspection and cleaning of the engine air filter. Part Number: K1211-82320.

Every 400 Hours

Transmission/hydraulic fluid change. Recommended oil type - Kubota UDT, Super UDT, Super UDT-2. How much to pour: Transmission/hydraulic oil capacity - 12.4 qts (11.7 L). After installing a new filter, check that the hydraulic/transmission oil level is correct.

Replacing hydrostatic transmission fluid filter. HST filter part number - HHK20-36990. When installation is complete, check the hydraulic/transmission oil level. If required, add it.

Perform hydraulic filter replacement. Part number of hydraulic filter element - K2581-36520. When installation procedure is complete, check the hydraulic/transmission oil level. If after checking the hydraulic oil level is low, add it.

Engine air filter element replacement. Air filter element part number: K1211-82320.

Replace diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 12581-43012. Check diesel fuel pump adjustment.

Front axle lubricant change. Front axle capacity: 5.0 qts (4.7 L).

Change engine oil and filter. Check and clean the lubrication system.

Install a new engine air filter.

Install a new hydrostatic transmission filter.

Install a new hydraulic filter.

Change hydraulic/transmission fluid.

Drain water from fuel tank, then change the fuel filter.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 3.3 qts (3.1 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check level of battery electrolyte.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust fuel injection nozzle.
