Kubota L2350DT Maintenance Information

Kubota L2350DT Service Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily Checks

Check the engine oil level. If the oil level is too low, fill in new oil.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking. When transmission/hydraulic oil is low, fill in new oil.

Check engine air filter element. Install a new filter if required.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check engine idling, steering system, service brakes and hand brake. Repair any damage if necessary.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 Hours

Check air filter element and service if necessary. Part Number: 70000-11221.

Lubricate rear and front axle hub bearings. Gear Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 Hours

Changing engine oil. Motor oil type: API Service CC, or CD SAE20, SAE30, 10W-30. How much is required: Oil system capacity (Kubota D1102-AE): 6.7 qts (6.4 L). After installing a new filter, check that the engine oil level is correct.

Every 300 Hours

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid. Oil type - Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. How much to pour: Transmission/hydraulic capacity: 29.5 qts (28.0 L). Fill with the new transmission/hydraulic oil up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Perform hydraulic filter element replacement. Hydraulic filter part number: 34150-37710 (Screen). When installation procedure is complete, check the transmission/hydraulic oil level. If necessary, add it.

Front axle oil change. Steering Gear Box: 0.22 qts (0.21 L).

Every 400 Hours

Replacing engine oil filter. Engine oil filter part number: HH164-32430. When changing the filter, clean the dirt inside the filter housing. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. If required, add it.

Engine air filter element replacement. Engine air filter part number: 70000-11221.

Replace engine fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 15221-43170. Check diesel fuel pump settings.

Replace filter and engine oil. Service oil system components.

Install a new engine air cleaner elements.

Replace hydraulic filter.

Change transmission/hydraulic oil.

Change the fuel filter by first drain water from fuel tank.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and refill with new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 6.3 qts (6.0 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check level of battery electrolyte.

Check engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injector pump.
