Kubota L245H Service Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Checks

Check the engine oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, fill in new oil.

Checking engine air filter. Install a new filter if required.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check engine idling, steering system, service brakes and parking brake. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 Hours

Inspect and clean the engine air filter. Part number: 70000-11221.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings. Gear Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 Hours

Replace engine oil. Recommended oil type - API Service CC, or CD SAE20, SAE30, 10W-30. How much to pour: Oil system capacity (Kubota DH1101-A) - 6.4 qts (6.1 L). After installing a new filter, check that the engine oil level is correct.

Every 300 Hours

Changing transmission/hydraulic fluid. Fluid type - Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. Transmission/hydraulic fluid capacity: 39 qts (36.8 L). Add transmission/hydraulic fluid to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Replacing hydraulic oil filter. Hydraulic filter part number - 35219-37710. After installation, checking the transmission/hydraulic fluid level is recommended. Add transmission/hydraulic fluid if it is low.

Front axle oil change.

Every 400 Hours

Engine oil filter changing. Filter part number - 15213-32090. Flush the filter housing before the filter element replacement procedure. Check the oil level after installing a new filter. Add oil if necessary.

Change engine air filter element. Engine air filter part number: 70000-11221.

Change fuel filter element. Fuel filter part number - 15221-43170. Check the correct operation of fuel injection pump.

Install a new air cleaner element.

Drain water from fuel tank and change fuel filters.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 7 qts (6.6 L).

Check all hoses and clamps.

Check level of battery electrolyte.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel injectors.
