Kubota L200DT Maintenance Information

Kubota L200DT Service Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily Inspection

Engine oil level checking. If after checking the engine oil level is low, top it up.

Check hydraulic/transmission fluid level. If the hydraulic/transmission fluid is too low, fill the required volume.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine speed, steering unit, parking brake and service brakes. Repair any damage if necessary.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 Hours

Change engine oil. Recommended oil type - API service DS or DM, SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much is needed: Engine oil capacity (Kubota Z1100): 5.3 qts (5.0 L). Check engine oil level after replacement.

Service diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 70000-14630.

Lubricate rear and front axle hub bearings. Lubricant type: 80W-90.

Every 150 hours

Replace engine oil filter. Engine oil filter part number: 70000-14631 (Oil bath) / 15213-32090 (Spin-on). When changing the filter, clean the dirt inside the filter housing. Check the oil level after installing a new filter. If necessary, add it.

Every 300 hours

Hydraulic/transmission oil change. Hydraulic/transmission fluid type - Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. How much to pour: Oil capacity - 12.7 qts (12.0 L). After replacing the hydraulic/transmission fluid, check the level with a dipstick.

Replace hydraulic filter element. Part number of hydraulic filter element - 32210-37710. After installing a new filter, check the hydraulic/transmission fluid level. Add oil if necessary.

Replace diesel fuel filter element. Fuel filter element part number: 70000-14630. Check injection pump adjustments.

Front axle oil change. Front axle oil type: 80W-90. Steering Gear Box: 0.32 qts (0.3 L).

Change filter and engine oil. Check and clean the lubrication system.

Replace hydraulic filter.

Change hydraulic/transmission fluid.

Change the fuel filter by first drain water from fuel tank.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Drain, flush and refill engine cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 7.1 qts (6.8 L).

Check all hoses and clamps.

Check battery charge.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust fuel injection nozzle.
