Kubota L2050DT Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten Hours or Daily Inspection

Engine oil level checking. If the engine oil level is low, add fresh oil.

Check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, add recommended volume.

Check engine air filter. Change if necessary.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine idling, steering, service brakes and hand brake. Repair any damage if necessary.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 Hours

Inspect and service engne air filter. Part Number: 70000-11221.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly. Front axle oil type: 80W-90.

Every 200 hours

Engine oil change. Recommended engine oil: SAE 10W-30, SAE10W, SAE20, SAE30, API service DS or DM. How much to change: Oil system capacity (Kubota D1102-AE-2) - 6.7 qts (6.4 L). When the procedure is complete, check the engine oil level.

Every 300 hours

Change hydraulic/transmission fluid. Recommended fluid type - Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. How much to change: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 30 qts (28.0 L). Check hydraulic/transmission oil level after replacement.

Change filter in hydraulic/transmission system. Part number of hydraulic filter: 34150-37710. When installation procedure is complete, check the hydraulic/transmission oil level. If after checking the hydraulic fluid level is low, add it.

Every 400 Hours

Changing engine oil filter. Oil filter part number: HH164-32430. When installing a new filter, flush the filter housing from dirt. When the filter is replaced, check the oil level. Add oil if it is low.

Changing air filter element. Engine air filter part number: 70000-11221.

Change engine fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 15221-43170. Check injection pump adjustments.

Change front axle oil. Front axle oil type: 80W-90. Steering Gear Box: 0.22 qts (0.21 L).

Replace filter and engine oil. Service oil system components.

Replace engine air filter element.

Replace hydraulic filter.

Change hydraulic/transmission fluid.

Replace the fuel filter by first drain water from fuel tank.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and add new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 6.3 qts (6.0 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charge.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injector pump.
