Kubota L3410 Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten Hours or Daily Inspection

Check engine oil level. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking. When transmission/hydraulic oil is low, add recommended volume.

Engine engine primary and secondary air filter checking. Install a new filters if required.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, add coolant in cooling system.

Check engine speed, steering unit, service brakes and parking brake. If you found a problem, fix it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 hours

Service engine fuel filter element. Part number - 15521-43160.

Check engine primary air filter elements. Clean if necessary. Air filter part number - TA040-93230.

Inspect engine secondary air filter element. Service as required. Part number - TA040-93220.

Changing engine oil. Engine oil type - SAE20 or SAE30, SAE 10W-30, 10W-40. API Service Classification CC or CD. Oil system capacity (Kubota D1703-AN) - 5.8 qts (5.5 L). Check engine oil level after replacement.

Every 200 hours

Change engine oil filter. Oil filter part number: HH164-32430. When replace the filter, flushing the housing is necessary. When installation is complete, check the oil level. Add oil if necessary.

Change filter element in hydraulic line. Part number of hydraulic filter: HHTA0-37710. When installation procedure is complete, check the transmission/hydraulic oil level. Add transmission/hydraulic oil if it is low.

Every 400 hours

Transmission/hydraulic oil change. Recommended transmission/hydraulic fluid type - Kubota Super UDT. How much is needed: System capacity - 10.3 gal (39 L). After filling, check the transmission/hydraulic oil level with a dipstick.

Change engine fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 15521-43160. Check the efficiency of fuel injection pump.

Change front axle lubricant. Front axle capacity: 5.8 qts (5.5 L). Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90.

Replace filter and engine oil. Check and clean the oil system.

Install a new air cleaner elements.

Drain water from fuel tank, then change the fuel filter.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 7.4 qts (7.0 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charge.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust injector pump.
