Kubota BX2360 Maintenance Data

Kubota BX2360 Service Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Checks

Engine oil level checking procedure. If after checking the engine oil level is low, top it up.

Check transmission/hydraulic fluid level. If the transmission/hydraulic fluid is too low, add it.

Engine air filter checking. Change if necessary.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check idle engine speed, steering system, parking brake and service brakes. If damages are found, repair it.

Change And Filter Replacement

Every 200 hours

Change engine oil. Recommended motor oil: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30, SAE 15W-40. Lubricating system capacity (Kubota D902-E3): 3.3 qts (3.1 L). After completing the filling procedure, check motor oil level.

Replacing engine oil filter. Oil filter part number: HH150-32430. When installing a new filter, flush the filter housing from dirt. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. If necessary, add oil.

Changing HST transmission oil filter. Hydrostatic transmission filter part number - HHK20-36990. When installation is complete, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. If after checking the transmission fluid level is low, add it.

Inspect and clean the engine air filter. Part Number: K1211-82320.

Every 400 Hours

Change transmission/hydraulic oil. Fluid type - Kubota UDT, Super UDT, Super UDT-2. Transmission/hydraulic fluid capacity: 12.4 qts (11.7 L). After installing a new filter, check that the transmission/hydraulic fluid level is correct.

Replace filter element in hydraulic line. Hydraulic filter part number: K2581-36520. When the filter element is replaced, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. Add hydraulic fluid if it is low.

Replacing engine air filter element. Engine air filter part number: K1211-82320.

Change fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 12581-43012. Check diesel fuel pump performance.

Change front axle lubricant. Front axle capacity: 5.0 qts (4.7 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check and service the battery.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Check and adjust injector pump.
