Kubota L3010D Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten hours or Daily Checking

Check engine oil level. If the oil level is too low, add new oil.

Check the transmission/hydraulic oil level. If the transmission/hydraulic fluid is too low, add it.

Check engine air filters. Install a new filter elements if necessary.

Check engine coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine speed, steering unit, parking brake and service brakes. Repair any damage if required.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 hours

Inspect engine air filter. Service if required. Air filter part number - TA040-93230.

Inspect engine fuel filter. Service if required. Fuel filter part number - TA040-93220.

Change engine oil. Engine oil type - SAE10W, SAE 10W-30, 10W-40, SAE20, SAE30. API service classification CC, CD, CF, DS or DM. Lubricating system capacity (Kubota D1503-L-AN): 5.8 qts (5.5 L). After filling, check the engine oil level with a dipstick.

Every 200 hours

Replacing engine oil filter. Oil filter part number: HH164-32430. Flush the filter housing before the filter element replacement procedure. When installation is complete, check the oil level. If necessary, add oil.

Changing hydraulic filter. Part number of hydraulic filter element - HHTA0-37710. After installation, checking the transmission/hydraulic oil level is recommended. If after checking the transmission/hydraulic fluid level is low, add it.

Every 400 hours

Transmission/hydraulic fluid change. Recommended fluid type: Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. System capacity: 10.3 gal (39.0 L). When the procedure is complete, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level.

Replace diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 15521-43160. Check injection pump adjustments.

Front axle fluid change. Front axle case capacity: 5.8 qts (5.5 L). Oil type: SAE 80W-90.

Replace the fuel filter by first drain water from fuel tank.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and add new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 7.4 qts (7.0 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charge.

Check engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injector pump.
