Kubota L175DT Maintenance Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily Inspection

Check the engine oil level. If the oil level is too low, fill in new oil.

Check the transmission/hydraulic oil level. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, add recommended volume.

Checking engine air filter element. Change if necessary.

Check engine coolant level. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check idle engine speed, steering unit, parking brake and service brakes. If damages are found, repair it.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 Hours

Change engine oil. Recommended motor oil type - API service DS or DM, SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. Oil system capacity (Kubota Z750-A): 3.7 qts (3.5 L). Add oil to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Service fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 15221-43170.

Every 150 hours

Replacing engine oil filter. Filter part number - 15213-32090. Flush the filter housing before the filter element replacement procedure. After installation, checking the oil level is recommended. Add oil if necessary.

Check and service the engine air filter element. Part Number: 70000-11221.

Every 300 hours

Changing transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended oil: Kubota UDT or Super UDT, SAE80 Gear Lube. How much to fill: Transmission/hydraulic oil capacity - 23 qts (21 L). After filling, check the transmission/hydraulic oil level with a dipstick.

Hydraulic fluid filter replacement. Hydraulic filter part number: 34150-37710. When the filter is replaced, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. Add fluid if required.

Engine air filter element replacement. Air filter element part number: 70000-11221.

Change fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 15221-43170. Check the correct operation of diesel fuel pump.

Front axle fluid change. Front axle oil: 80W-90. Steering box capacity: 0.30 qts (0.28 L).

Replace filter and engine oil. Check and clean the oil system.

Change engine air cleaner element.

Change transmission/hydraulic oil.

Replace hydraulic filter.

Drain water from fuel tank, then change the fuel filter.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and refill with new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 5.6 qts (5.3 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check and service the battery.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injection pump.
