Kubota BX2370 Maintenance Information

Kubota BX2370 Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten Hours or Daily Inspection

Engine oil level checking procedure. If the oil level is too low, add new oil.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking procedure. When the transmission/hydraulic fluid is low, fill the required volume.

Checking engine air filter element. Replace with a new one if necessary.

Check engine coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, add coolant in cooling system.

Check idle engine speed, steering, parking brake and service brakes. Repair any damage if necessary.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 200 hours

Replace engine oil. Recommended motor oil: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30, SAE 10W-40, 15W-40. How much to add: Oil system capacity (Kubota D902-E3) - 3.3 qts (3.1 L). Check engine oil level after replacement.

Replacing engine oil filter. Oil filter part number: HH150-32430. When installing a new filter, flush the filter housing from dirt. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Replacing hydrostatic transmission fluid filter. HST filter part number: HHK20-36990. Check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level after installing a new filter. Add oil if necessary.

Replace hydraulic filter element. Hydraulic filter element part number - K2581-36520. After replacing the filter, check the transmission/hydraulic oil level. Add fluid if required.

Check and service engine air filter element. Part Number: K1211-82320.

Every 400 Hours

Change transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended oil type - Kubota UDT, Super UDT, or Super UDT-2. How much to change: Transmission/hydraulic oil capacity - 12.4 qts (11.7 L). Add transmission/hydraulic oil to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Replace engine air filter element. Air filter part number - K1211-82320.

Change fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 12581-43012. Check the operation of fuel injection pump.

Change front axle fluid. Front axle capacity: 5.0 qts (4.7 L).

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Drain, flush and refill engine cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 3.3 qts (3.1 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check level of battery electrolyte.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injector pump.
