Kubota BX2670 Periodic Maintenance

Every 10 Hours or Daily Checks

Check the engine oil level. If the engine oil level is low, add fresh oil.

Check hydraulic/transmission fluid level. If hydraulic/transmission oil is too low, fill in new oil.

Checking engine air filter. Replace with a new one if necessary.

Check radiator coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, add coolant in cooling system.

Check idle engine speed, steering, service brakes and parking brake. If you found a problem, fix it.

Change And Filter Replacement

Every 200 hours

Changing engine oil. Recommended motor oil: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30, SAE 15W-40. How much to change: Oil system capacity (Kubota D1005-E3): 3.7 qts (3.5 L). After adding engine oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Engine oil filter replacement. Engine oil filter part number: HH150-32094. Clean the filter housing from dirt before replacing the filter element. When installation is complete, check the oil level. If necessary, add oil.

Replace hydrostatic transmission oil filter. HST filter part number - HHK20-36990. When installation is complete, check the hydraulic/transmission oil level. If after checking the transmission fluid level is low, add it.

Change filter element in hydraulic line. Part number of hydraulic filter: K2581-36520. When installation procedure is complete, check the hydraulic/transmission oil level. If after checking the hydraulic fluid level is low, add it.

Inspect the engine air filter and clean if necessary. Part Number: K1211-82320.

Every 400 Hours

Changing hydraulic/transmission fluid. Recommended fluid type: Kubota UDT, Super UDT, or Super UDT-2. How much to pour: Transmission/hydraulic fluid capacity: 12.4 qts (11.7 L). Fill with the new hydraulic/transmission fluid up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Change fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 12581-43012. Check the efficiency of injection pump.

Change engine air filter element. Air filter element part number: K1211-82320.

Change front axle fluid. Front axle capacity: 5.0 qts (4.7 L).

Change filter and engine oil. Check and clean the oil system.

Change engine air filter element.

Change hydrostatic transmission filter.

Replace hydraulic filter and change hydraulic/transmission oil.

Drain water from fuel tank, then change the fuel filter.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 3.5 qts (3.3 L).

Check all hoses and clamps.

Check level of battery electrolyte.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust fuel injection nozzle.
