Kubota L2950DT Maintenance Intervals

Every Ten hours or Daily Checks

Check the engine oil level. If the oil level is too low, fill in new oil.

Check hydraulic/transmission fluid level. If hydraulic/transmission oil is too low, add recommended volume.

Checking engine primary/secondary air filters. Change if necessary.

Check radiator coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine speed, steering system, hand brake and service brakes. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 hours

Check engine primary air filter. Clean if required. Air filter part number - 15287-11080.

Check engine secondary air filter. Clean if required. Part number - 15287-11490.

Lubricate rear and front axle hub bearings. Oil type: SAE80 or SAE90.

Every 200 hours

Engine oil change. Recommended oil type: SAE10W, SAE 10W-30, SAE20, SAE30. API service classification CC, CD, DS or DM. Lubricating system capacity (Kubota D1462-DI-AE): 6 qts (5.7 L). After installing a new filter, check that the engine oil level is correct.

Hydraulic oil filter replacement. Hydraulic oil filter part number: 31391-38830. After installation, checking the hydraulic/transmission oil level is recommended. If after checking the hydraulic/transmission oil level is low, add it.

Every 400 hours

Replacing engine oil filter. Filter part number - HH164-32430. Before replacing, remove dirt from the filter housing. When the filter is replaced, check the oil level. If necessary, add oil.

Change hydraulic/transmission fluid. Recommended fluid type: Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. How much to change: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 7.1 gal (27.0 L). Check hydraulic/transmission oil level after replacement.

Change diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 15521-43160. Check the operation of injection pump.

Change front axle oil. Front axle case capacity: 6.8 qts (6.5 L). Steering Gear Case - 0.11 qts (0.10 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check level of battery electrolyte.

Check engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel injection nozzle.
