Kubota L210 Maintenance Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Checking

Engine oil level checking. If after checking the engine oil level is low, top it up.

Check the hydraulic oil level. When the hydraulic fluid is low, add fresh oil.

Check the transmission oil level. When the transmission fluid is low, add fresh oil.

Check radiator coolant level. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check idle engine speed, steering unit, service brakes and parking brake. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 Hours

Engine oil change. Recommended oil type - API service DS or DM, SAE20, SAE30. How much to pour: Engine oil capacity (Kubota Z1100) - 5.2 qts (4.9 L). Check motor oil level after changing.

Clean engine fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 70000-14630.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly.

Every 150 hours

Changing engine oil filter. Oil filter part number: 15213-32090. Flush the filter housing before the filter element replacement procedure. Check the oil level after installing a new filter. Add oil if it is low.

Every 300 hours

Changing transmission fluid. Recommended transmission fluid: Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT (SAE80 Gear Lube). Transmission system capacity: 12.7 qts (12.0 L). When the procedure is complete, check the transmission fluid level.

Replace hydraulic filter element. Hydraulic filter part number: 32210-37710. After installing a new filter, check the hydraulic oil. If after checking the hydraulic oil level is low, add it. Recommended hydraulic fluid: 140 Turbine Oil. Hydraulic system capacity: 7.4 qts (7.0 L).

Replace engine fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 70000-14630. Check the efficiency of fuel injection pump.

Front axle lubricant change. Front axle oil type: 80W-90.

Change engine oil and filter. Check and clean the lubrication system.

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid.

Install a new hydraulic filter.

Drain water from fuel tank and change fuel filters.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 7.9 qts (7.4 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check battery charging.

Check engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel injection nozzle.
