Kubota L200 Maintenance Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Checking

Motor oil level checking. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking procedure. When transmission/hydraulic oil is low, fill in new oil.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, add coolant in cooling system.

Check engine idling, steering, hand brake and service brakes. If you found a problem, fix it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 Hours

Change engine oil. Recommended engine oil type: API service DS or DM, SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much to change: Oil system capacity (Kubota Z1100): 5.3 qts (5.0 L). When the procedure is complete, check the engine oil level.

Check and clean engine fuel filter element. Engine fuel filter part number: 70000-14630.

Every 150 hours

Engine oil filter replacement. Filter part number - 70000-14631 (Oil bath) / 15213-32090 (Spin-on). Before replacing, remove dirt from the filter housing. When installation is complete, check the oil level. Add oil if required.

Every 300 hours

Replace transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended fluid type - Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. How much to add: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 12.7 qts (12.0 L). Add transmission/hydraulic fluid to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Hydraulic fluid filter replacement. Hydraulic filter part number: 32210-37710. After replacing the filter, check the transmission/hydraulic oil level. Add fluid if necessary.

Replace engine fuel filter. Engine fuel filter element part number: 70000-14630. Check the efficiency of injection pump.

Front axle fluid change. Front axle oil type: 80W-90. Steering Gear Box: 0.32 qts (0.3 L).

Replace filter and engine oil. Service lubrication system components.

Install a new hydraulic filter and change transmission/hydraulic fluid.

Drain water from fuel tank, then replace the fuel filter.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 7.1 qts (6.8 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check level of battery electrolyte.

Check engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel pump.
