Kubota L2650DT Maintenance Intervals

Every Ten hours or Daily Inspection

Check motor oil level. If the oil level is too low, fill in new oil.

Check the transmission/hydraulic oil level. When transmission/hydraulic oil is low, fill in new oil.

Checking engine air filters. Install a new filter elements if necessary.

Check radiator coolant level. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check engine idle speed, steering unit, hand brake and service brakes. If damages are found, repair it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 hours

Inspect engine air filters. Clean if required. Engine primary air filter part number: 70000-11081. Engine secondary air filter part number: 15287-11490.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly. Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 hours

Engine oil change. Engine oil type - SAE10W, SAE 10W-30, SAE20, SAE30. API service classification CC, CD, DS or DM. How much to add: Engine oil capacity (Kubota D1402-DI-AE) - 6.0 qts (5.7 L). Add oil to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Hydraulic oil filter replacement. Hydraulic filter part number - 31391-38830. When the filter is replaced, check the transmission/hydraulic oil level. If after checking the transmission/hydraulic fluid level is low, add it.

Every 400 hours

Engine oil filter replacement. Filter part number - HH164-32430. When change the filter, cleaning the housing is recommended. After replacing the filter, check the oil level. If necessary, add oil.

Change transmission/hydraulic oil. Fluid type - Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. How much to change: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 7.5 gal (28.5 L). After filling, check the transmission/hydraulic oil level with a dipstick.

Change engine primary air filter element. Air filter part number - 70000-11081.

Change engine secondary air filter element. Part number - 15287-11490.

Replace engine fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 15521-43160. Check injection pump settings.

Front axle fluid change. Front axle case capacity: 6.5 qts (6.2 L).

Drain, flush and refill engine cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 4.9 qts (4.6 L).

Check all hoses and clamps.

Check battery electrolyte level.

Check engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust injector pump.
