Kubota L3200DT Maintenance Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Inspection

Engine oil level checking. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Check hydraulic/transmission fluid level. When hydraulic/transmission oil is low, fill in new oil.

Check engine primary and secondary air filter elements. Install a new filters if required.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check engine speed, steering unit, service brakes and parking brake. Repair any damage if necessary.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 hours

Engine air filter elements checking. Clean as required. Engine primary air filter part number: TA040-93230. Engine secondary air filter part number: TA040-93220.

Clean fuel filter element. Fuel filter part number - 6A320-59930.

Lubricate rear and front axle hub bearings. Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 hours

Changing engine oil. Motor oil type: SAE30, SAE 10W-30 or 15W-40, SAE20. API service classification CF, CF-4, CG-4, CH-4 or CI-4. How much to pour: Engine oil capacity (Kubota D1503-M-E3) - 6.0 qts (5.7 L). Check engine oil level after replacement.

Changing engine oil filter. Filter part number - HH164-32430. Clean the filter housing from dirt before replacing the filter element. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. Add oil if required.

Every 400 hours

Transmission/hydraulic oil change. Recommended oil type - Kubota UDT, Kubota Super UDT or Super UDT-2. How much to pour: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity - 29.2 qts (27.5 L). Check hydraulic/transmission fluid level after replacement.

Changing hydraulic oil filter. Hydraulic filter part number - HH3A0-82623. After installing a new filter, check the hydraulic/transmission fluid level. If after checking the hydraulic/transmission oil level is low, add it.

Change engine fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 6A320-59930. Check diesel fuel pump settings.

Front axle lubricant change. Front axle capacity: 4.8 qts (4.5 L). Front axle Oil: SAE 80W-90.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and refill with new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 6.3 qts (6.0 L).

Inspect all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check level of battery electrolyte.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust fuel injectors.
