Kubota L3430D Service Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Inspection

Check engine oil level. If the oil level is too low, fill in new oil.

Check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. When transmission/hydraulic oil is low, add recommended volume.

Check engine primary and secondary air filter element. Change if necessary.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine idling, steering unit, parking brake and service brakes. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 hours

Service engine fuel filter element. Part number - 15521-43160.

Clean engine primary and secondary air filter elements. Primary air filter part number: TA040-93230. Secondary air filter part number: TA040-93220.

Engine oil change. Recommended engine oil type: SAE20 or SAE30, SAE 10W-30, 10W-40, 15W-40. API Service Classification CD, CE, CF or CG. Oil system capacity (Kubota D1703-MA) - 6.0 qts (5.7 L). Check engine oil level after replacement.

Lubricate the front axle wheel bearings. Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 hours

Changing engine oil filter. Filter part number - HH164-32430. When changing the filter, clean the dirt inside the filter housing. After installation, checking the oil level is recommended. If required, add it.

Changing hydraulic oil filter. Hydraulic filter part number: HHTA0-37710. After installation, checking the transmission/hydraulic fluid level is recommended. Add transmission/hydraulic fluid if it is low.

Every 400 hours

Changing transmission/hydraulic fluid. Recommended fluid type: Kubota UDT, Kubota Super UDT. How much to pour: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity - 11.1 gal (42 L). Check transmission/hydraulic fluid level after changing.

Replace diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 15521-43160. Check diesel fuel pump performance.

Change front axle oil. Front axle Oil: SAE 80W-90. Front axle capacity: 6.9 qts (6.5 L).

Check engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust fuel injectors.
