Kubota L4350 Maintenance Data

Kubota L4350 Periodic Maintenance

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Check engine oil level.
Check engine air filters.
Check the coolant level.

Every 50 Hours

Check battery condition.
Check hydraulic/transmission fluid level.
Check front axle oil level.
Lubricate front axle hub bearings.
Inspect wheels and tires.

Every 100 Hours

Clean engine fuel filter.
Inspect fan/alternator belt tension.
Check brake adjustment.

Every 200 Hours

Change engine oil. Engine oil - SAE20, SAE10W, SAE 10W-30, 10W-40. API Service CC, CD, or CF.
Clean primary engine air filter.
Replace hydraulic oil filter.
Remove dirt from radiator fins.

Every 400 Hours

Replace engine oil filter.
Replace fuel filter element.
Change hydraulic/transmission fluid. Fluid type - Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT.
Change front axle oil. Front axle oil - SAE 80W-90.
Check and adjust engine idling.
Lubricate rear axle bearings.

Every 1000 Hours

Replace primary engine air filter.
Replace secondary engine air filter.
Check and adjust valve clearance.
Check and adjust diesel fuel pump.
Flush cooling system and add new coolant.

Refill Capacities

Cooling system capacity ................. 7.4 qts (7.0 L).
Engine oil capacity ................. 6.9 qts (6.5 L).
Transmission/hydraulic capacity ................. 45.5 qts (43 L).
Front axle case capacity ................. 9 qts (8.5 L).

Annual Maintenance

Change engine oil and replace oil filter.
Replace air cleaner elements.
Change transmission/hydraulic fluid.
Install a new transmission/hydraulic filter.
Drain water from fuel tank and replace fuel filter.
Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.
Flush the cooling system and refill with new coolant.
Inspect all clamps and hoses.
Check battery electrolyte level.
Adjust engine valve clearance.
Inspect and adjust fuel injectors.
