Kubota L275 Periodic Maintenance

Every 10 hours or Daily Checks

Check the engine oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking. When the transmission/hydraulic fluid is low, fill the required volume.

Check engine air filter. Replace with a new one if necessary.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine speed, steering unit, service brakes and parking brake. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 hours

Inspect and service engine air filter. Part Number: 70000-11081.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly. Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 hours

Replace engine oil. Recommended oil type: API Service CC, or CD SAE20, SAE30, 10W-30. Engine oil capacity (Kubota D1302-A): 6.4 qts (6.1 L). Fill with the new oil up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Every 300 hours

Change transmission/hydraulic oil. Oil type - Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. How much is required: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 6.3 gal (24 L). Check transmission/hydraulic fluid level after changing.

Change hydraulic oil filter. Hydraulic oil filter part number: H3840-37712. After installation, checking the transmission/hydraulic fluid level is recommended. Add fluid if necessary.

Every 400 hours

Engine oil filter replacement. Engine oil filter part number: HH164-32430. When replace the filter, flushing the housing is necessary. Check the oil level after installing a new filter. If required, add it.

Replacing engine air filter element. Air filter element part number: 70000-11081.

Change fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 15521-43160. Check diesel fuel pump adjustment.

Change front axle lubricant. Steering gear box: 0.30 qts (0.28 L).

Replace filter and engine oil. Check and clean the lubrication system.

Change engine air filter element.

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid.

Replace hydraulic filter.

Drain water from fuel tank and replace fuel filter.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and add fresh coolant. Cooling system capacity: 7.0 qts (6.6 L).

Check all hoses and clamps.

Check battery charge.

Check engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel fuel pump.
