Kubota 3000F Inspection and Maintenance

Kubota 3000F Maintenance Intervals

Every 10 hours or Daily Inspection

Check motor oil level. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Check the hydraulic/transmission oil level. When the hydraulic/transmission fluid is low, add fresh oil.

Check engine air filter element. Replace if necessary.

Check radiator coolant level. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine speed, steering unit, parking brake and service brakes. If you found a problem, fix it.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 hours

Change engine oil. Recommended engine oil: SAE10W, SAE 10W-30, 10W-40, SAE20, SAE30. API service classification CC, CD, CF, DS or DM. Oil system capacity (Kubota D1503-ELA): 5.8 qts (5.5 L). Check motor oil level after changing.

Inspect engine air filter. Service if required. Air filter part number - T0070-16324.

Inspect engine fuel filter. Service if required. Fuel filter part number - 15221-43170.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly. Oil type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 hours

Changing engine oil filter. Oil filter part number: HH164-32430. Before installing a new filter, clean the filter housing from clogging. After replacing the filter, check the oil level. Add oil if necessary.

Replace filter element in hydraulic line. Hydraulic filter part number: 34150-37710. After replacing the filter element, check the hydraulic/transmission fluid level. Add hydraulic/transmission oil if it is low.

Every 400 hours

Transmission/hydraulic fluid change. Transmission/hydraulic fluid type - Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. How much is required: System capacity - 7.4 gal (28.0 L). After filling, check the hydraulic/transmission oil level with a dipstick.

Engine air filter elements replacement. Engine air filter part number: T0070-16324.

Change engine fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 15221-43170. Check the operation of fuel injection pump.

Front axle oil change. Front axle case capacity: 6.3 qts (6.0 L).

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 6.3 qts (6.0 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check battery charging.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injector pump.
