Kubota L3250D Maintenance Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily Inspection

Engine oil level checking procedure. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Check transmission/hydraulic fluid level. If the transmission/hydraulic fluid is too low, fill the required volume.

Check engine air filters. Replace if necessary.

Check radiator coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine idling, steering system, parking brake and service brakes. If you found a problem, fix it.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 hours

Service fuel filter element. Engine fuel filter part number: 15521-43160.

Clean engine primary air filter element. Air filter part number - 70000-11080.

Clean engine secondary air filter element. Part number - 17381-11180.

Lubricate rear and front axle hub bearings. Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 hours

Change engine oil. Recommended motor oil type - SAE30, SAE20 or SAE 10W-30. API Service CC or CD. How much to fill: Engine oil capacity (Kubota V1902-DI-A) - 8.9 qts (8.4 L). Check engine oil level after replacement.

Change hydraulic filter. Part number of hydraulic filter: H3840-37712. When the filter element is replaced, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. Add oil if necessary.

Every 400 hours

Changing engine oil filter. Filter part number - HH164-32430. Before replacement procedure, clean the filter housing from dirt. After installation, checking the oil level is recommended. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Changing transmission/hydraulic fluid. Recommended transmission/hydraulic fluid: Kubota UDT, Kubota Super UDT. How much is needed: Oil capacity: 7.5 gal (28.5 L). Check transmission/hydraulic fluid level after changing.

Replace fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 15521-43160. Check the operation of fuel injection pump.

Front axle oil change. Front axle capacity: 6.8 qts (6.4 L). Steering gear case: 0.11 qts (0.10 L). Steering gearbox: 0.21 qts (0.20 L). Front axle Oil: SAE 80W-90.

Change filter and engine oil. Check and clean the lubrication system.

Replace the fuel filter by first drain water from fuel tank.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and add new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 5.9 qts (5.7 L).

Inspect all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery electrolyte level.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel pump.
