Kubota L3301D Maintenance Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Checks

Check engine oil level. If after checking the engine oil level is low, top it up.

Check hydraulic/transmission oil level. If hydraulic/transmission oil is too low, add recommended volume.

Engine air filter checking. Replace if necessary.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine idle speed, steering system, parking brake and service brakes. Repair any damage if necessary.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 hours

Clean engine air filter element. Air filter part number - TA040-93230.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly. Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 400 hours

Changing engine oil. Recommended oil - SAE20, SAE30, SAE 10W-30, 15W-40. API Service CI-4 or CJ-4. Oil system capacity (Kubota D1803-DR-E4) - 7.1 qts (6.7 L). When the procedure is complete, check the engine oil level.

Changing engine oil filter. Oil filter part number: HH164-32430. Clean the filter housing from dirt before replacing the filter element. When the filter is replaced, check the oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid change. Oil type - Kubota Super UDT or Super UDT-2. How much to change: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity - 30.2 qts (28.5 L). After replacing the hydraulic/transmission fluid, check the level with a dipstick.

Hydraulic oil filter changing. Part number of hydraulic filter: HH3A0-82623. When the filter is replaced, check the hydraulic/transmission oil level. If after checking the hydraulic/transmission oil level is low, add it.

Replace diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 1G311-43380. Check diesel fuel pump performance.

Front axle fluid change. Front axle capacity: 4.8 qts (4.5 L). Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90.

Flush the cooling system and add new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 6.3 qts (6.0 L).

Inspect all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charging.

Check engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injection pump.
