Kubota L3301DT Maintenance Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily Inspection

Check engine oil level. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Check the transmission/hydraulic oil level. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, add recommended volume.

Checking air filter. Change if required.

Check engine coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine idling, steering unit, service brakes and hand brake. Repair any damage if necessary.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 hours

Service engine air filter element. Part number - TA040-93230.

Lubricate the front axle wheel bearings. Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90.

Every 400 hours

Engine oil change. Recommended motor oil: SAE20, SAE30, SAE 10W-30, 15W-40. API Service CI-4 or CJ-4. How much is needed: Engine oil capacity (Kubota D1803-DR-E4) - 7.1 qts (6.7 L). Check engine oil level after replacement.

Replacing engine oil filter. Filter part number - HH164-32430. When installing a new filter, flush the filter housing from dirt. Check the oil level after installing a new filter. If necessary, add it.

Change transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended transmission/hydraulic oil type: Kubota Super UDT or Super UDT-2. How much is required: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity - 30.2 qts (28.5 L). Check transmission/hydraulic oil level after replacement.

Change filter element in hydraulic line. Hydraulic filter part number: HH3A0-82623. Check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level after installing a new filter. Add fluid if necessary.

Change fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 1G311-43380. Check the efficiency of fuel injection pump.

Change front axle oil. Front axle Oil: SAE 80W-90. Front axle capacity: 4.8 qts (4.5 L).
