Kubota L3750DT Service Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Inspection

Check the engine oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Check the hydraulic/transmission oil level. If hydraulic/transmission oil is too low, fill in new oil.

Check engine air filters. Install new filter element if necessary.

Check radiator coolant level. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check idle engine speed, steering, parking brake and service brakes. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 Hours

Check and clean the fuel filter.

Check front axle oil level. Fill as required.

Every 200 Hours

Service engine air filters. Engine primary air filter part number - 17381-11180. Engine secondary air filter part number - 70000-11080. Install new air filters if required.

Change engine oil. Recommended motor oil: SAE 20W-20, 10W-30. API Service CC or CD. How much to pour: Engine oil capacity (Kubota F2302-DI) - 10.1 qts (9.5 L). Check engine oil level after replacement.

Hydraulic oil filter replacement. Hydraulic filter part number - 36330-82630. When installation is complete, check the hydraulic/transmission oil level. If after checking the hydraulic/transmission fluid level is low, add it.

Every 300 Hours

Hydraulic/transmission fluid change. Recommended oil type: Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. How much to pour: System capacity - 45.5 qts (43 L). Check hydraulic/transmission oil level after changing.

Change front axle fluid. Front axle capacity: 5.8 qts (5.5 L). Front axle oil: SAE 80W-90.

Every 400 Hours

Engine oil filter changing. Engine oil filter part number - HH164-32430. Before installing a new filter, clean the filter housing from clogging. After replacing the filter, check the oil level. If necessary, add oil.

Replace diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 15521-43160. Check diesel fuel pump adjustment.

Check all hoses and clamps.

Check and service the battery.

Check engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust fuel injectors.
