Kubota L4760 Maintenance Data

Kubota L4760 Service Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Inspection

Check engine oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Check hydraulic/transmission oil level. If the hydraulic/transmission fluid is too low, add it.

Check engine air filter elements. Replace if necessary.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine speed, steering unit, parking brake and service brakes. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 Hours

Clean and service engine air filter elements. Replace as required.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly. Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 400 Hours

Engine oil change. Engine oil type - SAE 20, SAE30 or SAE 10W-30, 15W-40. API Service Classification CC, CD, CF or CJ-4. How much to add: Engine oil capacity (Kubota V2403) - 8.7 qts (8.2 L). Check motor oil level after changing.

Engine oil filter changing. Oil filter part number: HH164-32430. Flush the filter housing before the filter element replacement procedure. When the filter is replaced, check the oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid. Transmission/hydraulic fluid type - Kubota Super UDT. Oil capacity: 45.6 qts (43.0 L). After filling, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level with a dipstick.

Replace filter in hydraulic line. Hydraulic filter part number: HHTA0-37710. Check the transmission/hydraulic oil level after installing a new filter element. If required, add it.

Replace engine primary air filter element. Air filter part number - TD270-93232.

Replace engine secondary air filter element. Part number - TA040-93220.

Change engine fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 1J800-43172. Check diesel fuel pump performance.

Change front axle fluid. Front axle case capacity: 9.5 qts (9.0 L). Front Axle Oil: SAE 80W-90.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and add new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 8.7 qts (8.2 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charging.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel pump.
