Kubota L4760HST Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten Hours or Daily Inspection

Motor oil level checking. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Check transmission/hydraulic fluid level. When the transmission/hydraulic fluid is low, fill the required volume.

Check engine air filter elements. Replace if required.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine idle speed, steering, parking brake and service brakes. If you found a problem, fix it.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 Hours

Clean engine primary air filter element. Change if necessary.

Service engine secondary air filter element. Replace as required.

Lubricate the front axle wheel bearings. Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 Hours

Replace hydrostatic transmission fluid filter. HST filter part number: HHTA0-59900. When installation is complete, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. Add oil if required.

Every 400 Hours

Change engine oil. Engine oil type - SAE 20, SAE30 or SAE 10W-30, 15W-40. API Service Classification CC, CD, CF or CJ-4. Lubricating system capacity (Kubota V2403): 8.7 qts (8.2 L). After installing a new filter, check that the engine oil level is correct.

Changing engine oil filter. Engine oil filter part number: HH164-32430. Flush the filter housing before the filter element replacement procedure. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. Add oil if it is low.

Change filter in hydraulic line. Hydraulic filter part number: HHTA0-37710. After installing a new filter, check the transmission/hydraulic oil. Add oil if required.

Change engine air filters. Engine primary air filter part number: TD270-93232. Engine secondary air filter part number: TA040-93220.

Change fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 1J800-43172. Check the correct operation of injection pump.

Changing transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended oil - Kubota Super UDT. How much is required: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity - 45.6 qts (43.0 L). After adding transmission/hydraulic fluid, check the level with a dipstick.

Front axle lubricant change. Front axle case capacity: 9.5 qts (9.0 L). Front Axle Oil: SAE 80W-90.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and add fresh coolant. Cooling system capacity: 8.7 qts (8.2 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check level of battery electrolyte.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust fuel injectors.
