Kubota L3300D Maintenance Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily Inspection

Engine oil level checking procedure. If the oil level is too low, add new oil.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking. When the transmission/hydraulic fluid is low, add fresh oil.

Check air filter element. Change if necessary.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine idling, steering unit, service brakes and parking brake. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 hours

Service engine air filter element. Part number - T0070-16324.

Change engine oil. Engine oil type - SAE20, SAE30, SAE 10W-30, 10W-40. API Service CC or CD. How much to pour: Engine oil capacity (Kubota D1703-A) - 5.8 qts (5.5 L). Add oil to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly. Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 hours

Changing engine oil filter. Filter part number - HH164-32430. Before replacing, remove dirt from the filter housing. After replacing the filter, check the oil level. Add oil if it is low.

Replace hydraulic filter. Hydraulic filter part number: 33960-38380. Check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level after installing a new filter. Add fluid if necessary.

Every 400 hours

Change transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended transmission/hydraulic fluid: Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. How much to pour: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity - 42.1 qts (39 L). Add transmission/hydraulic oil to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Change diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 15521-43160. Check the correct operation of injection pump.

Front axle lubricant change. Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90. Front axle capacity: 5.8 qts (5.5 L).

Replace filter and engine oil. Check and clean the oil system.

Change air filter element.

Replace hydraulic filter and add fresh fluid to hydraulic/transmission system.

Change the fuel filter by first drain water from fuel tank.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 7.4 qts (7.0 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check battery electrolyte level.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust fuel injection nozzle.
