Kubota L3300DT Service Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily Checks

Check engine oil level. If the engine oil level is low, add fresh oil.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, fill in new oil.

Check air filter. Replace with a new one if necessary.

Check engine coolant level. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check idle engine speed, steering, hand brake and service brakes. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 hours

Engine air filter element service. Air filter part number - T0070-16324.

Change engine oil. Engine oil type - SAE20, SAE30, SAE 10W-30, 10W-40. API Service CC or CD. How much to change: Engine oil capacity (Kubota D1703-A) - 5.8 qts (5.5 L). After adding engine oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings. Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 hours

Engine oil filter replacement. Engine oil filter part number: HH164-32430. Flush the filter housing before the filter element replacement procedure. When installation is complete, check the oil level. Add oil if it is low.

Replace hydraulic filter element. Hydraulic filter part number: 33960-38380. After installing a new filter, check the transmission/hydraulic oil. Add transmission/hydraulic oil if it is low.

Every 400 hours

Transmission/hydraulic fluid change. Recommended oil type: Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. How much is needed: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity - 42.1 qts (39 L). Check transmission/hydraulic oil level after replacement.

Replace diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 15521-43160. Check the correct operation of diesel fuel pump.

Front axle oil change. Front axle capacity: 5.8 qts (5.5 L). Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90.

Flush the cooling system and refill with new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 7.4 qts (7.0 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charging.

Check engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injection pump.
