Kubota L3350DT Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten Hours or Daily Checks

Engine oil level checking. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Check the hydraulic/transmission fluid level. When hydraulic/transmission oil is low, add recommended volume.

Check engine primary and secondary air filter. Replace if required.

Check radiator coolant level. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check engine idle speed, steering, service brakes and hand brake. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 hours

Engine air filter elements checking. Clean as required. Engine primary air filter part number: 70000-11080. Engine secondary air filter part number: 17381-11180.

Check fuel filter. Service if necessary. Part number - 15521-43160.

Lubricate front and rear axle hub bearings. Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 hours

Changing engine oil. Recommended oil - SAE20 or SAE 10W-30. API Service Classification CC, CD or SE. Oil system capacity (Kubota V1902-DI-A): 7.9 qts (7.5 L). Check engine oil level after replacement.

Replace filter in hydraulic line. Hydraulic filter part number: 36330-82630. After installation, checking the hydraulic/transmission oil level is recommended. Add hydraulic/transmission fluid if it is low.

Every 400 hours

Engine oil filter changing. Filter part number - HH164-32430. When replace the filter, flushing the housing is necessary. After installation, checking the oil level is recommended. Add oil if required.

Transmission/hydraulic oil change. Fluid type - Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. How much to fill: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity - 45.5 qts (43 L). After changing the hydraulic/transmission oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Replace fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 15521-43160. Check diesel fuel pump performance.

Front axle lubricant change. Front axle oil: SAE 80W-90. Front axle capacity: 5.8 qts (5.5 L). Front axle gear case: 2.9 qts (2.7 L).

Inspect all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery electrolyte level.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injector pump.
