Kubota L345D Maintenance Data

Kubota L345D Service Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Inspection

Check engine oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Check hydraulic/transmission oil level. When the hydraulic/transmission fluid is low, fill the required volume.

Checking air filter elements. Replace with a new one if necessary.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine idling, steering system, service brakes and parking brake. If damages are found, repair it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 hours

Engine air filter elements servicing. Engine primary air filter part number: 70000-11081. Engine secondary air filter part number: 15287-11490.

Engine oil change. Recommended motor oil type - SAE 20, SAE30 or SAE 10W-30. API Service Classification CC or CD. Oil system capacity (Kubota V1501-DA): 9.6 qts (9.1 L). After installing a new filter, check that the engine oil level is correct.

Lubricate rear and front axle hub bearings. Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 150 hours

Engine oil filter changing. Engine oil filter part number: 15402-32430. Before replacement procedure, clean the filter housing from dirt. Check the oil level after installing a new filter. If necessary, add it.

Every 300 hours

Change hydraulic/transmission oil. Recommended hydraulic/transmission fluid type - Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. Oil capacity: 33.8 qts (31 L). After installing a new filter, check that the hydraulic/transmission oil level is correct.

Hydraulic filter element replacement. Part number of hydraulic filter element - 37300-37710. Check the hydraulic/transmission fluid level after installing a new filter. Add oil if necessary.

Every 400 hours

Change engine primary air filter. Part Number - 70000-11081.

Replace engine secondary air filter element. Part Number - 15287-11490.

Change diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 15521-43160. Check diesel fuel pump performance.

Front axle fluid change. Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90. Front axle capacity: 2.6 qts (2.5 L). Front axle gear case: 0.74 qts (0.70 L). Steering box: 0.32 qts (0.30 L).

Change filter and engine oil. Check and clean the lubrication system.

Replace the fuel filter, but drain water from fuel tank first.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and refill with fresh coolant. Cooling system capacity: 7.4 qts (7.0 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check battery charging.

Check engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel fuel pump.
