Kubota L345DT Maintenance Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Checks

Check engine oil level. If the oil level is too low, add new oil.

Check transmission/hydraulic oil level. If the transmission/hydraulic fluid is too low, add it.

Check engine primary and secondary air filter element. Replace if required.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine idle speed, steering system, hand brake and service brakes. Repair any damage if required.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 hours

Service primary/secondary air filter elements. Engine primary air filter part number: 70000-11081. Engine secondary air filter part number: 15287-11490.

Engine oil change. Recommended oil - SAE 20, SAE30 or SAE 10W-30. API Service Classification CC or CD. How much to fill: Engine oil capacity (Kubota V1501-DA) - 9.6 qts (9.1 L). Check engine oil level after replacement.

Every 150 hours

Engine oil filter changing. Oil filter part number: 15402-32430. When replace the filter, flushing the housing is necessary. After replacing the filter, check the oil level. Add oil if it is low.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly. Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90.

Every 300 hours

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid. Recommended transmission/hydraulic oil: Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. How much to add: System capacity - 33.8 qts (31 L). After adding transmission/hydraulic fluid, check the level with a dipstick.

Changing hydraulic filter element. Hydraulic filter part number: 37300-37710. After replacing the filter element, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. Add fluid if required.

Change front axle oil. Front axle capacity: 2.6 qts (2.5 L). Front axle gear case: 0.74 qts (0.70 L). Steering box: 0.32 qts (0.30 L). Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90.

Every 400 hours

Install a new engine primary and secondary air filter element. Part Number - 70000-11081 and 15287-11490.

Replace fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 15521-43160. Check the efficiency of fuel injection pump.

Flush the cooling system and add new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 7.4 qts (7.0 L).

Check all hoses and clamps.

Check battery electrolyte level.

Check engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel fuel pump.
