Kubota L3450 Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten Hours or Daily Checking

Engine oil level checking procedure. If the oil level is too low, add new oil.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking procedure. If the transmission/hydraulic fluid is too low, fill the required volume.

Engine air filters checking. Replace if necessary.

Check engine coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, add coolant in cooling system.

Check engine speed, steering system, service brakes and hand brake. Repair any damage if required.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 Hours

Clean engine primary air filter element. Change if necessary.

Service engine secondary air filter element. Replace as required.

Lubricate front and rear axle hub bearings. Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 Hours

Changing engine oil. Recommended oil type - SAE20, SAE30 or SAE 10W-30. API Service CC or CD. Oil system capacity (Kubota V1902-DI-AE): 8.9 qts (8.4 L). After adding engine oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Changing hydraulic filter. Hydraulic filter part number: 30400-37710 and 30401-37580. When installation procedure is complete, check the transmission/hydraulic oil level. Add oil if required.

Every 400 Hours

Change engine oil filter. Filter part number - HH164-32430. When installing a new filter, flush the filter housing from dirt. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. If required, add it.

Change transmission oil. Transmission fluid type - Kubota UDT, Kubota Super UDT. Transmission/hydraulic system capacity: 7.1 gal (27 L). After completing the filling procedure, check transmission fluid level.

Change engine air filters. Engine primary air filter part number: 70000-11081. Engine secondary air filter part number: 15287-11490.

Change fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 15521-43160. Check the correct operation of injection pump.

Change front axle oil. Front axle Oil: SAE 80W-90.

Change filter and engine oil. Check and clean the oil system.

Replace engine air filter elements.

Replace hydraulic filter.

Change the fuel filter by first drain water from fuel tank.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 5.9 qts (5.7 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charge.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel pump.
