Kubota L3450DT Maintenance Information

Kubota L3450DT Service Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Checks

Check the engine oil level. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, add recommended volume.

Check air filter elements. Install a new filter elements if necessary.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check idle engine speed, steering, hand brake and service brakes. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 Hours

Clean engine air filter elements. Replace as required.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings. Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 Hours

Change engine oil. Recommended engine oil type: SAE20, SAE30 or SAE 10W-30. API Service CC or CD. Engine oil capacity (Kubota V1902-DI-AE): 8.9 qts (8.4 L). After changing the oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Hydraulic oil filter replacement. Oil filter part number: 30400-37710 and 30401-37580. When the filter is replaced, check the transmission/hydraulic oil level. Add oil if necessary.

Every 400 Hours

Engine oil filter changing. Filter part number - HH164-32430. Flush the filter housing before the filter element replacement procedure. After replacing the filter, check the oil level. Add oil if required.

Replace diesel fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 15521-43160. Check diesel fuel pump adjustment.

Replace engine primary air filter element. Air filter part number - 70000-11081.

Replace engine secondary air filter element. Part number - 15287-11490.

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid. Recommended transmission/hydraulic fluid type - Kubota UDT, Kubota Super UDT. Fluid capacity: 7.1 gal (27 L). When the procedure is complete, check the transmission/hydraulic oil level.

Front axle fluid change. Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and refill with fresh coolant. Cooling system capacity: 5.9 qts (5.7 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery electrolyte level.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel pump.
