Kubota L3010GST Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten hours or Daily Inspection

Engine oil level checking. If the engine oil level is low, add fresh oil.

Check hydraulic/transmission oil level. When the hydraulic/transmission fluid is low, fill the required volume.

Check engine air filter elements. Replace if required.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine idling, steering unit, service brakes and parking brake. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 hours

Engine oil change. Recommended oil type - SAE10W, SAE 10W-30, 10W-40, SAE20, SAE30. API service classification CC, CD, CF, DS or DM. How much to change: Engine oil capacity (Kubota D1503-L-AN) - 5.8 qts (5.5 L). Check motor oil level after changing.

Inspect engine air filter. Service if required. Air filter part number - TA040-93230.

Inspect engine fuel filter. Service if required. Fuel filter part number - TA040-93220.

Every 200 hours

Changing engine oil filter. Filter part number - HH164-32430. When installing a new filter, flush the filter housing from dirt. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Replace filter element in hydraulic line. Hydraulic filter part number: HHTA0-37710. Check the hydraulic/transmission fluid level after installing a new filter. If required, add it.

Every 400 hours

Change hydraulic/transmission oil. Recommended fluid type: Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. Oil capacity: 10.3 gal (39.0 L). After completing the filling procedure, check hydraulic/transmission fluid level.

Replace fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 15521-43160. Check injection pump settings.

Front axle oil change. Front axle case capacity: 5.8 qts (5.5 L). Oil type: SAE 80W-90.

Change filter and engine oil. Check and clean the lubrication system.

Drain water from fuel tank and change fuel filters.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and add new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 7.4 qts (7.0 L).

Inspect all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check and service the battery.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel injection nozzle.
