Kubota L3010HST Inspection and Maintenance

Kubota L3010 HST Periodic Maintenance

Every 10 hours or Daily Checking

Check motor oil level. If the oil level is too low, fill in new oil.

Check the hydraulic/transmission oil level. If hydraulic/transmission oil is too low, fill in new oil.

Check engine primary and secondary air filter. Install a new filter if required.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check idle engine speed, steering system, hand brake and service brakes. If damages are found, repair it.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 hours

Check engine air filter. Clean if required. Air filter part number - TA040-93230.

Check engine fuel filter. Clean if required. Fuel filter part number - TA040-93220.

Changing engine oil. Recommended oil - SAE10W, SAE 10W-30, 10W-40, SAE20, SAE30. API service classification CC, CD, CF, DS or DM. How much to fill: Engine oil capacity (Kubota D1503-L-AN) - 5.8 qts (5.5 L). Check motor oil level after changing.

Every 200 hours

Engine oil filter changing. Filter part number - HH164-32430. When replace the filter, flushing the housing is necessary. When installation is complete, check the oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Replacing hydrostatic transmission oil filter. HST filter part number: HHTA0-59900. After installation, checking the hydraulic/transmission oil level is recommended. Add oil if required.

Changing hydraulic filter element. Part number of hydraulic filter element - HHTA0-37710. When installation procedure is complete, check the hydraulic/transmission oil level. Add fluid if required.

Every 400 hours

Changing hydraulic/transmission fluid. Recommended oil type: Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. How much to change: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 10.3 gal (39.0 L). After adding hydraulic/transmission fluid, check the level with a dipstick.

Replace diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 15521-43160. Check diesel fuel pump adjustment.

Change front axle oil. Front axle case capacity: 5.8 qts (5.5 L). Oil type: SAE 80W-90.

Install a new hydraulic filter.

Install a new HST transmission filter.

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid.

Change the fuel filter by first drain water from fuel tank.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and refill with fresh coolant. Cooling system capacity: 7.4 qts (7.0 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check battery charge.

Check engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injection pump.
