Kubota L3560D Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten Hours or Daily Checking

Motor oil level checking. If after checking the engine oil level is low, top it up.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking. When transmission/hydraulic oil is low, add recommended volume.

Check engine air filters. Change if required.

Check the coolant level in cooling system. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check engine idling, steering, hand brake and service brakes. Repair any damage if required.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 Hours

Clean engine primary air filter element. Air filter part number - TA040-93230. Replace as required.

Service engine secondary air filter element. Part number - TA040-93220. Replace as required.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings. Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 400 Hours

Change engine oil. Recommended engine oil type: SAE 20, SAE30 or SAE 10W-30, 15W-40. API Service Classification CC, CD, CF or CJ. Oil system capacity (Kubota D1803-CR-E41): 7.1 qts (6.7 L). When the procedure is complete, check the engine oil level.

Engine oil filter changing. Oil filter part number: HH164-32430. Clean the filter housing from dirt before replacing the filter element. When installation is complete, check the oil level. Add oil if it is low.

Transmission/hydraulic oil change. Fluid type - Kubota Super UDT. How much to change: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity - 44.4 qts (42.0 L). Fill with the new transmission/hydraulic fluid up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Replace hydraulic fluid filter. Part number of hydraulic filter: HHTA0-37710. Check the transmission/hydraulic oil level after installing a new filter element. Add fluid if necessary.

Change diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 1J800-43172. Check diesel fuel pump performance.

Change front axle fluid. Front Axle Oil: SAE 80W-90. Front axle case capacity: 6.9 qts (6.5 L).

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injector pump.
