Kubota L3560DT Maintenance Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Checks

Check engine oil level. If the oil level is too low, add new oil.

Check hydraulic/transmission oil level. If hydraulic/transmission oil is too low, fill in new oil.

Engine air filters checking. Change if necessary.

Check the coolant level in cooling system. If the coolant level is too low, add coolant in cooling system.

Check idle engine speed, steering system, service brakes and parking brake. If you found a problem, fix it.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 Hours

Service engine air filters. Engine primary air filter part number: TA040-93230. Engine secondary air filter part number: TA040-93220. Change if necessary.

Lubricate rear and front axle hub bearings. Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 400 Hours

Change engine oil. Recommended oil - SAE 20, SAE30 or SAE 10W-30, 15W-40. API Service Classification CC, CD, CF or CJ. Lubricating system capacity (Kubota D1803-CR-E41): 7.1 qts (6.7 L). Check motor oil level after changing.

Engine oil filter replacement. Oil filter part number: HH164-32430. When change the filter, cleaning the housing is recommended. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. If necessary, add oil.

Changing hydraulic filter. Part number of hydraulic filter element - HHTA0-37710. After replacing the filter element, check the hydraulic/transmission fluid level. If required, add it.

Change diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 1J800-43172. Check injection pump settings.

Change hydraulic/transmission oil. Recommended oil - Kubota Super UDT. How much to fill: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity - 44.4 qts (42.0 L). After completing the filling procedure, check hydraulic/transmission fluid level.

Front axle oil change. Front axle case capacity: 6.9 qts (6.5 L). Front Axle Oil: SAE 80W-90.

Replace filter and engine oil. Service oil system components.

Change the fuel filter by first drain water from fuel tank.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and add new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 7.9 qts (7.5 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check and service the battery.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injection pump.
