Kubota L3560HST Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten Hours or Daily Inspection

Engine oil level checking procedure. If the engine oil level is low, add fresh oil.

Check the transmission/hydraulic oil level. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, fill in new oil.

Engine air filters checking. Change if necessary.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check idle engine speed, steering, service brakes and hand brake. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 Hours

Clean engine air filter elements. Replace as required.

Lubricate front and rear axle hub bearings. Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 Hours

Replacing hydrostatic transmission fluid filter. HST filter part number: HHTA0-59900. Check the transmission/hydraulic oil level after installing a new filter. Add fluid if necessary.

Every 400 Hours

Change engine oil. Engine oil type - SAE 20, SAE30 or SAE 10W-30, 15W-40. API Service Classification CC, CD, CF or CJ. How much to pour: Engine oil capacity (Kubota D1803-CR-E41) - 7.1 qts (6.7 L). When the procedure is complete, check the engine oil level.

Change engine oil filter. Filter part number - HH164-32430. When change the filter, cleaning the housing is required. Check the oil level after installing a new filter. If required, add it.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid change. Recommended transmission/hydraulic fluid: Kubota Super UDT. How much to pour: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity - 44.4 qts (42.0 L). Check transmission/hydraulic fluid level after changing.

Hydraulic filter replacement. Part number of hydraulic filter element - HHTA0-37710. After installation, checking the transmission/hydraulic fluid level is recommended. If necessary, add it.

Replace engine primary air filter element. Air filter part number - TA040-93230.

Replace engine secondary air filter element. Part number - TA040-93220.

Change fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 1J800-43172. Check the operation of injection pump.

Front axle fluid change. Front Axle Oil: SAE 80W-90. Front axle case capacity: 6.9 qts (6.5 L).

Drain water from fuel tank and change fuel filters.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Drain, flush and refill engine cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 7.9 qts (7.5 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charging.

Check engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel injection nozzle.
