Kubota L3560HSTC Maintenance Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily Checking

Engine oil level checking procedure. If the oil level is too low, fill in new oil.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking. When the transmission/hydraulic fluid is low, fill the required volume.

Checking air filter elements. Replace if required.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine idling, steering system, hand brake and service brakes. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 Hours

Clean engine primary air filter element. Change if necessary. Engine primary air filter part number: TA040-93230.

Service engine secondary air filter element. Replace as required. Engine secondary air filter part number: TA040-93220.

Lubricate the front axle bearings assembly. Gear lube: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 Hours

Replace HST oil filter. Hydrostatic transmission filter part number: HHTA0-59900. After installation, checking the transmission oil level is recommended. Add transmission fluid if it is low.

Every 400 Hours

Change engine oil. Engine oil type - SAE 20, SAE30 or SAE 10W-30, 15W-40. API Service Classification CC, CD, CF or CJ. Oil system capacity (Kubota D1803-CR-E41): 7.1 qts (6.7 L). After adding engine oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Replacing engine oil filter. Engine oil filter part number: HH164-32430. When installing a new filter, flush the filter housing from dirt. After installation, checking the oil level is recommended. If required, add it.

Change fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 1J800-43172. Check injection pump adjustments.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid change. Recommended transmission/hydraulic oil type: Kubota Super UDT. How much to fill: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity - 44.4 qts (42.0 L). Add transmission/hydraulic oil to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Hydraulic filter replacement. Part number of hydraulic filter: HHTA0-37710. When the filter is replaced, check the transmission/hydraulic oil level. Add fluid if required.

Change front axle fluid. Front axle case capacity: 6.9 qts (6.5 L). Front Axle Oil: SAE 80W-90.

Check engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel injection nozzle.
