Kubota L3650 Periodic Maintenance

Every 10 Hours or Daily Checks

Engine oil level checking. If after checking the engine oil level is low, top it up.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking procedure. If the transmission/hydraulic fluid is too low, add it.

Checking primary and secondary air filter elements. Install a new filter elements if necessary.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine speed, steering unit, service brakes and hand brake. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 Hours

Check engine primary and secondary air filters. Service if necessary.

Inspect engine fuel filter element. Clean if necessary.

Lubricate rear and front axle hub bearings.

Every 200 Hours

Changing engine oil. Recommended motor oil: SAE10W, SAE 10W-30, SAE30. API Service CC or CD. How much to add: Engine oil capacity (Kubota V1902-DI-X-A): 8.9 qts (8.5 L). When the procedure is complete, check the engine oil level.

Changing hydraulic filter. Hydraulic filter part number: 30400-37710 and 30401-37580. When installation is complete, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. If after checking the transmission/hydraulic oil level is low, add it.

Every 400 Hours

Engine oil filter changing. Engine oil filter part number: HH164-32430. When changing the filter, clean the dirt inside the filter housing. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. If required, add it.

Changing transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended fluid: Kubota UDT. Transmission/hydraulic system capacity: 7.1 gal (27 L). Check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level after changing.

Install a new engine primary air filter. Engine primary air filter part number: 70000-11081.

Install a new engine secondary air filter. Engine secondary air filter part number: 15287-11490.

Change diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 15521-43160. Check the efficiency of injection pump.

Front axle lubricant change. Front axle Oil: SAE 80W-90. Front axle capacity: 6.8 qts (6.5 L). Steering gear case: 0.11 qts (0.10 L).

Flush the cooling system and add new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 5.9 qts (5.6 L).

Check all clamps and hoses.

Check and service the battery.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injector pump.
