Kubota L3710HST Maintenance Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Checking

Check engine oil level. If after checking the engine oil level is low, top it up.

Check transmission/hydraulic fluid level. If the transmission/hydraulic fluid is too low, add it.

Check engine air filter elements. Replace if necessary.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check idle engine speed, steering system, service brakes and hand brake. Repair any damage if required.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 Hours

Inspect engine primary and secondary air filters. Service as required.

Check and clean the engine fuel filter.

Change engine oil. Engine oil type - SAE10W, SAE 10W-30, 10W-40, SAE20. API Service CC or CD. How much to change: Engine oil capacity (Kubota V1903-AN): 8.0 qts (7.6 L). Fill with the new oil up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Lubricate front and rear axle hub bearings.

Every 200 Hours

Replace engine oil filter. Oil filter part number: HH164-32430. Clean the filter housing from dirt before replacing the filter element. After replacing the filter, check the oil level. Add oil if required.

Changing hydrostatic transmission filter. HST filter part number: HHTA0-59900. After installing a new filter, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. Add oil if necessary.

Hydraulic filter element replacement. Hydraulic filter element part number - HHTA0-37710. Check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level after installing a new filter. Add transmission/hydraulic fluid if it is low.

Every 400 Hours

Replacing engine air filter elements. Primary filter element part number: TA040-93220. Secondary filter element part number: TA040-93230.

Change engine fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 15521-43160. Check diesel fuel pump settings.

Change transmission/hydraulic oil. Oil type - Kubota Super UDT. How much to fill: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity: 41.2 qts (39 L). Check transmission/hydraulic fluid level after changing.

Front axle fluid change. Front axle Oil: SAE 80W-90. Front axle capacity: 5.8 qts (5.5 L).

Check engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust injection pump.
