Kubota L3700SU Service Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily Inspection

Check engine oil level. If the oil level is too low, add new oil.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking. If the transmission/hydraulic fluid is too low, fill the required volume.

Checking air filter elements. Replace if necessary.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, add coolant in cooling system.

Check engine speed, steering system, service brakes and hand brake. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 Hours

Checking fuel filter element. Service if necessary.

Inspect the primary/secondary air filter elements and clean if necessary.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings.

Every 200 Hours

Changing engine oil. Recommended oil type: SAE 10W-30, 15W-40, SAE30. API Service CF or CG. How much is required: Engine oil capacity (Kubota D1803-M-E3): 7.5 qts (7.1 L). Check engine oil level after replacement.

Change engine oil filter. Engine oil filter part number: HH164-32430. When change the filter, cleaning the housing is recommended. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. If required, add it.

Every 400 Hours

Change engine primary air filter. Air filter element part number: TA040-93220.

Change engine secondary air filter. Air filter element part number: TA040-93230.

Change diesel fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 6A320-59930. Check injection pump settings.

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid. Recommended oil type - Kubota Super UDT-2. How much to fill: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity: 29.2 qts (27.5 L). When the procedure is complete, check the transmission/hydraulic oil level.

Hydraulic oil filter replacement. Part number of hydraulic filter: HH3A0-82623. Check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level after installing a new filter. Add oil if necessary.

Change front axle oil. Front axle capacity: 4.8 qts (4.5 L). Front axle Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90.

Check and adjust injection pump.
