Kubota L3710 Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten Hours or Daily Checking

Engine oil level checking procedure. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Check the hydraulic/transmission fluid level. When the hydraulic/transmission fluid is low, add fresh oil.

Engine air filters checking. Install a new filters if required.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine idling, steering unit, service brakes and parking brake. If damages are found, repair it.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 Hours

Check engine primary and secondary air filters. Clean if necessary.

Change engine oil. Recommended oil type - SAE10W, SAE 10W-30, 10W-40, SAE20. API Service CC or CD. How much to fill: Engine oil capacity (Kubota V1903-AN): 8.0 qts (7.6 L). After completing the filling procedure, check motor oil level.

Check engine fuel filter element. Service if necessary.

Lubricate the front axle wheel bearings.

Every 200 Hours

Replace engine oil filter. Filter part number - HH164-32430. Before replacing, remove dirt from the filter housing. After installation, checking the oil level is recommended. Add oil if it is low.

Change hydraulic filter. Part number of hydraulic filter: HHTA0-37710. After installing a new filter, check the hydraulic/transmission fluid level. If required, add it.

Every 400 Hours

Install a new engine primary air filter. Primary air filter part number - TA040-93220.

Install a new engine secondary air filter. Secondary air filter part number - TA040-93230.

Change fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 15521-43160. Check the operation of injection pump.

Changing transmission/hydraulic fluid. Recommended oil type: Kubota Super UDT. How much is needed: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity: 41.2 qts (39 L). Check hydraulic/transmission fluid level after changing.

Front axle oil change. Front axle capacity: 5.8 qts (5.5 L). Front axle Oil: SAE 80W-90.

Change filter and engine oil. Check and clean the oil system.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 7.9 qts (7.5 L).

Check all clamps and hoses.

Check battery charging.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Check and adjust injection pump.
