Kubota L3710GST Service Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Inspection

Engine oil level checking. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking procedure. When transmission/hydraulic oil is low, fill in new oil.

Engine air filters checking. Replace if necessary.

Check the coolant level in cooling system. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check idle engine speed, steering, hand brake and service brakes. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 Hours

Change engine oil. Recommended oil type - SAE10W, SAE 10W-30, 10W-40, SAE20. API Service CC or CD. Lubricating system capacity (Kubota V1903-AN): 8.0 qts (7.6 L). Check motor oil level after changing.

Check engine primary air filter. Clean if required.

Check engine secondary air filter. Service if required.

Inspect and service engine fuel filter.

Lubricate rear and front axle hub bearings.

Every 200 Hours

Engine oil filter replacement. Filter part number - HH164-32430. Flush the filter housing before the filter element replacement procedure. After installing a new filter, check the oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Replace filter in transmission/hydraulic system. Hydraulic filter element part number - HHTA0-37710. After installation, checking the transmission/hydraulic oil level is recommended. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Every 400 Hours

Changing primary and secondary air filter elements. Engine primary air filter part number: TA040-93220. Engine secondary air filter part number: TA040-93230.

Change fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 15521-43160. Check diesel fuel pump performance.

Change transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended oil type - Kubota Super UDT. Oil capacity: 41.2 qts (39 L). Check transmission/hydraulic fluid level after changing.

Change front axle lubricant. Front axle capacity: 5.8 qts (5.5 L). Front axle Oil: SAE 80W-90.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injection pump.
