Kubota L3710D Maintenance

Kubota L3710D Service Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Checks

Engine oil level checking. If the oil level is too low, fill in new oil.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking procedure. If the transmission/hydraulic fluid is too low, fill the required volume.

Engine air filter elements checking. Change if necessary.

Check engine coolant level. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine idling, steering system, service brakes and parking brake. If damages are found, repair it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 Hours

Changing engine oil. Recommended oil - SAE10W, SAE 10W-30, 10W-40, SAE20. API Service CC or CD. How much to pour: Engine oil capacity (Kubota V1903-AN): 8.0 qts (7.6 L). After changing the oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Service engine primary and secondary air filters.

Check and clean the engine air filter.

Lubricate rear and front axle hub bearings.

Every 200 Hours

Engine oil filter changing. Oil filter part number: HH164-32430. When change the filter, cleaning the housing is recommended. When the filter is replaced, check the oil level. Add oil if required.

Replace hydraulic filter element. Hydraulic filter part number: HHTA0-37710. When installation is complete, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. Add fluid if necessary.

Every 400 Hours

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid. Recommended fluid type: Kubota Super UDT. How much to change: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity: 41.2 qts (39 L). After adding transmission/hydraulic oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Replace engine primary air filter element. Air filter part number - TA040-93220.

Replace engine secondary air filter element. Air filter part number - TA040-93230.

Change diesel fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 15521-43160. Check injection pump adjustments.

Change front axle oil. Front axle capacity: 5.8 qts (5.5 L). Front axle gear lube: SAE 80W-90.

Change engine oil and filter. Check and clean the lubrication system.

Install a new air filter elements.

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid.

Change hydraulic filter.

Replace the fuel filter by first drain water from fuel tank.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Drain, flush and refill engine cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 7.9 qts (7.5 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check and service the battery.

Check engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel fuel pump.
